We regularly organize Organized Play Events for Disney Lorcana players. These events are designed to bring players together, discover new strategies, and play against each other in a fun or competitive way.

Organized Play Explanation

An Organized Play event for Disney Lorcana is an officially organized tournament or play event held by a store or organization according to the guidelines of Ravensburger, the game's publisher.

During such an event, participants play multiple rounds against other players. Often there are special promotional cards, prizes, or points to be won. Organized Play events are designed to bring players together, play competitively or casually, and grow the community around the game.

You can participate by signing up for an event at TCGFAMILY, which organizes official events. This usually works as follows:

  1. Find an event via the Ravensburger Play Hub or at a local game store.
  2. Sign up for the event (sometimes online in advance, sometimes directly at the store).
  3. Bring your own deck or play with cards you receive during the event, depending on the format.
  4. Play multiple rounds against other players and have a chance to win promo cards or other prizes.

Many stores, for example, organize weekly play sessions, prerelease events, or set championships, where you can easily join in and meet other players.


A DLC (Disney Lorcana Challenge) is a major international Disney Lorcana tournament held in America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

Players compete against each other in multiple rounds to win prizes and qualifications for larger championships.

Some editions attract thousands of players.

To participate in a Disney Lorcana Challenge (DLC) in Europe, you typically follow these steps:

  1. Purchase a ticket online

    Tickets for the main event are sold online in advance via the official Disney Lorcana website or via the event page. Without a ticket, you usually cannot participate in the main tournament.
  2. Choose a European event

    In Europe, DLC events are held at various locations, for example:


    Ghent (Belgium): March 6-8, 2026

    Dortmund (Germany): June 5-7, 2026

    Bologna (Italy): October 3-5, 2025


  3. Bring a legal deck

    You play with your own deck according to the official tournament rules and play multiple Swiss rounds against other players.
  4. Play for prizes and qualifications

    Players can earn promo cards, prizes, and sometimes a spot at the European Championship.
